buildwithjuliet is a one-person automation and AI agent building practice. I build custom automations and AI agents for founders who want to stop doing repetitive admin work themselves.

2) What I Offer

• Workflow Audit ($50): I review your current operations, find your biggest admin bottlenecks, and tell you exactly what should be automated and how.
• Custom Automation Builds: a one-time setup fee to build your custom agent, plus a monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, and support once it's live.
• **SmartInboxCleanup:** a self-serve, one-time Gmail cleanup product. Its own dedicated terms are linked at the bottom of this page.

3) Payment

Payment for custom builds and audits is made by invoice, typically to a virtual USD account (paid via ACH or Wise) or directly via Airtm if you already use it. I avoid international wire transfers where possible, since they carry higher fees on both ends. SmartInboxCleanup is paid through Selar, details are on its own page.

4) How Billing Starts

Your setup fee covers the build itself and includes your first month of hosting and maintenance at no extra charge, so you can see how the automation actually performs before committing to an ongoing fee. Monthly billing begins the month after your build is delivered.

5) Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and I won't push back on your reasons or make you justify the decision. If you're leaving because something about the service wasn't working for you, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing about it, not as a condition of cancelling, just because it helps me improve, but that's entirely optional.

• If your automation runs on my server, it stays live through the end of the month you've already paid for, then I shut it down.
